Three representatives from the University of Split (UNIST) in Croatia were received by the International Relations Office (GRIM) and the management of the University of the Algarve's Higher Institute of Engineering (ISE) from 17 to 21 June.
The visit was attended by the International Relations coordinator, Ana Cosic, and lecturers Anamarija Savicevic and Mirjana Simunic, and centred on the possibility of extending Erasmus+ mobility to new areas of study.
During their stay, they were introduced to UAlg's internationalisation strategy and got to know the Academy better.
It was also possible to observe the differences and similarities that exist between universities, and there was room to exchange good practices
The programme included a meeting with the ISE management and a visit to the laboratories and facilities, which will lead to new areas of training that will provide new opportunities for Outgoing and Incoming students and staff.
