As part of the internationalisation strategy and the Erasmus+ programme, from 3 to 6 July, UAlg was present in the Dominican Republic, at the Universidad Nacional Evangélica (UNEV), in Santo Domingo, to participate in the Scientific Week organised by that university.
UAlg strengthens cooperation relations with the Dominican Republic
This week allowed the sharing of knowledge and experiences in various areas of knowledge, namely Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Artificial Intelligence; Ecotourism; Water Management, among others. In parallel, formal meetings were held with the Ministério de Educación Superior, Ciencia y Tecnología (MESCYT) with the aim of strengthening cooperation and promoting the funding of doctoral scholarships for international students.
This trip was funded by the Erasmus+ ICM UAlg Alliances 2020 project.
