UAlg Delegation's Engagement at the 'BEING SEA-EU' Conference in Malta
Among the 280 participants were 29 representatives (online and in-person) from the University of Algarve, including professors, researchers, and PhD students, who contributed to the vibrant discussions and showcasing their cutting-edge research.
This landmark event featured four thematic streams, 43 sessions, 150 presentations, and 34 posters.
The conference also included two Staff Weeks focused on the Sustainable Blue Economy and Migration and Human Rights, providing further opportunities for learning and collaboration.
As anticipation builds for the next editions at the University of Cádiz in 2025 and the University of Gdánsk in 2026, the 'BEING SEA-EU' Conference has firmly established itself as a dynamic platform for international academic excellence and partnership.
