The 3rd edition of the annual SEA-EU Photo Contest has concluded, with a student from UAlg, Bruno Xavier, emerging as the winner with his captivating photo titled "The Missing Piece". Bruno is a Master's student in the area of Communication and Digital Media in the School of Higher Education and Communication, UAlg.
This year's theme, "Art of Movement", inspired a diverse range of submissions, with a total of 232 photos received from eight universities within the SEA-EU Alliance.
The contest, which ran from April 15th to June 15th, saw impressive participation: Algarve (66), Malta (37), Napoles (32), Cádiz (32), Gdánsk (29), Western Brittany (21), Split (12) and Nord (3).
The winner was determined through a combination of votes from an international jury, comprising one member from each university (60% of the total vote), and a public vote on the official SEA-EU Instagram page (40% of the total vote).
