XII Iberoamerican Congress of Food Engineering
CIBIA 2019
Next July 1-4, 2019 CIBIA2019 - XII Iberoamerican Congress of Food Engineering will take place at Instituto Superior de Engenharia from University of Algarve, Faro, Portugal.
With the main theme being Challenging Food Engineering as a Driver Towards Sustainable Food Processing, this is the first conference to be organized after the Iberoamerican Society for Food Engineering (SIBIA) was officially presented, last October 2017 during CIBIA XI in Valparaíso, Chile.
