Curso Livre de Formação Complementar em Cadastro Predial - Tipologia E

The system for accessing and exercising the professional activity of land registry was regulated by Law no. 3/2015 of 9 January. In addition to those who hold a technological specialisation course or a higher professional technician course in land registry, those who already have training or experience in areas relevant to the land registry activity can also exercise this profession, which must be completed with a complementary training course in land registry (preamble to Ministerial Order 380/2015, of 23 October).

Objectives

To provide trainees with a set of skills that will enable them to carry out the work of a land registry technician autonomously, by carrying out work relating to the collection and processing of data that characterises and identifies each of the existing buildings in Portugal and the alteration, updating or rectification of the data that characterises and identifies the registered buildings (Article 3(1) of Ministerial Order 380/2015 of 23 October).

It aims to meet the training needs of professionals in the field of geographical sciences, with professional experience in the field of land registry of not less than 5 years at the date of entry into force of Law no. 3/2015, of 9 January, who wish to exercise the activity of Land Registry Technician.

Operating Mode

The course is both distance learning and face-to-face (assessment and on-the-job training).

The course will run from 08-09-2025 to 30-01-2026, from 19h00 to 23h00.
