Access conditions

- Holders of professional experience in the field of land registry, not less than 5 years at the date of entry into force of Law no. 3/2015, of 9 January, duly proven experience and recognised by the Directorate-General for Territory or by another institution delegated by it, namely the National Association of Surveyors (paragraph b) of no. 1, paragraph b) of no. 3 and no. 5 of article 2 of Ordinance 380/2015, of 23 October).
Trainees are responsible for obtaining the locations where they will carry out the training component in a real work context. 
By formalising their application for this course, trainees implicitly assume that they fully comply with all the prerequisites, especially
those relating to their professional experience, and release the University of the Algarve from any future liability

Selection criteria

- Academic qualifications
- Years of professional experience in the field of land registry.
- Age.
 

Documentation required

- Declaration issued by the DGT or another institution delegated by it, proving professional experience in the field of land registry;
- Certificate issued by a recognised body attesting to a level of knowledge of the Portuguese language of at least B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (QECRL) or, alternatively, a declaration on the candidate's honour attesting that he/she has knowledge and an independent command of the Portuguese language equivalent to at least level B1 of the QECRL, for candidates whose mother tongue is not Portuguese;
- Training Certificate(s);
- Curriculum vitæ;
- Copy of personal identification document (Citizen's Card or equivalent); 
- Proof of payment of the application fee.

Failure to provide any of the above-mentioned documents will result in the candidate's exclusion.
