Overview

This course is intended for adults over the age of 23, artisanal producers of liqueurs and other blended beverages who have experienced difficulties in determining alcoholic strength and in clarifying these drinks.

Objectives

Ability to increase or decrease the alcoholic strength of blended beverages, such as liqueurs.
Knowledge of the clarification processes applicable to blended beverages.
Ability to determine the alcoholic content of blended beverages using a laboratory distillation apparatus

Operating Mode

Scheduled dates for the training: 4 to 8 May 2026

Classes will take place from Monday to Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (online), and on Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (in person).

The course includes assessment.
