Open Course on Blended Beverages: Determination of Alcohol Content and Clarification
Objectives
- Ability to increase or decrease the alcoholic strength of blended beverages, such as liqueurs.
- Knowledge of the clarification processes applicable to blended beverages.
- Ability to determine the alcoholic content of blended beverages using a laboratory distillation apparatus
Operating Mode
Scheduled dates for the training: 4 to 8 May 2026
Classes will take place from Monday to Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (online), and on Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (in person).
The course includes assessment.
