Objectives
- To build capacity for the analysis and application of current legal regulations, both within the framework of spatial planning and urbanism, and within the framework of property and registration law.
- To interpret and understand spatial planning instruments.
- To review/update basic concepts of geodesy, reference systems and cartographic projections.
- To review/update notions of cartography, interpretation and analysis of topographic maps.
- To review/update knowledge enabling the execution of topographic surveys (classical methods and positioning techniques).
- To build capacity for the handling of various types of topographic equipment.
- To build capacity for the analysis, manipulation and processing of geographic information in digital format.
- To introduce the concepts and functionalities of the SNIC.
- To build capacity for the design, modelling and integration of data in the context of a land registry execution operation
Operating Mode
The course will run from 7 September 2026 to 30 January 2027. Schedule: 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm. The course includes assessment.
