Joel David Valente Guerreiro received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Algarve, Portugal in 2020, a master's degree in Management from the University of Algarve, Portugal in 2005 and a degree in Computer Science from Lusofona University, Lisbon, Portugal in 2000. Currently is an Adjunt Professor in Instituto Superior de Engenharia of University of Algarve, Cybersecurity PostGraduation Course Director, a Consultant in the Administrative and Finantial Departament of the Lagos Municipality, Portugal and a researcher at NOVA LINCS Algarve research Center, Portugal. He has been involved in several scientific and development projects, Monitur (Monitor Algarve's touristic destiny), Pr'Oceano CCV, Intelligent Region of Algarve, Observe project, Technology Reengeneer.
